Feedback issue

Made a trade with Hammock and we both received cards. I left positive feedback and he said he did the same days ago. However it does not show up on my ratings page. Please advise

Hey Jake. I checked all feedback he left for others and didnt see anything. Unfortunately he will have to submit it again. There is no way we can manual add feedback.

Jake I have quite a few trades with Ron also I think he doesn't highlight the link when he submits sometimes!
