Im glad Blyleven finally made it. He deserved the nod a long time ago. I was surprised Alomar didnt make it last year.

I thought Bagwell would get more votes, but close to 40% is better than Big Mac or Palmeiro.

Robbie Alomar was one of the best all round players I've ever seen play the game. His defense was spectacular. His speed was breath-taking. He hit for average, and had some power. This guy was the complete package. He was my favorite Blue Jay player ever. The spitting incident with umpire John Hirschbeck really hurt his voting last year, but the fact that he, and Hirschbeck are now very good friends, and Robbie coaches his kid has made that whole ordeal forgettable. He should be judged on his play as a player, not his momentary lapse of reasoning for that bad act. I am very happy he's now going in.
