Dodgers, Chad Billingsley avoid arbitration, agree to one-year, $6.275 million deal.
Fair deal for Billingsley. He usually has a great first half of the season and then after all-star break he stuggles, but last season he was consistent the entire season.

He's had at least 10 wins the last four seasons.
