Agreed. Looks like the Giants are giving up their top prospect Gary Brown and 2 others for a 2 month rental of Beltran. Sabean is an idiot, I am sure Rasmus could have been had much cheaper. I'll trade you Sabean for Colletti any day!

Colletti hasn't made a great trade since Manny Ramirez. He's just as bad if not worse

As a life long Cardinals fan.... I am not sure what they are doing. Rasmus is not hitting great but they really didn't get much for him.

I will be glad when they have a new GM and manager. I have never been a big fan of TLR. Bring back Walt as the GM .. not perfect, but a lot better.
