The Mets agreed to trade center fielder Angel Pagan to San Francisco for outfielder Andres Torres and pitcher Ramon Ramirez.
They also reached agreements with free-agent relievers Frank Francisco and Jon Rauch. Francisco gets a $12 million, two-year contract while Rauch receives a one-year deal worth $3.5 million. He can earn an additional $500,000 in performance bonuses.
