    The Dodgers announce that they signed right-hander Mike MacDougal to one-year deal that includes a club option for 2013. The contract is worth $1MM, according to MLB.com's Ken Gurnick. Hendricks Sports represents the 34-year-old right-hander.

Hairston will obtain a Major League deal, according to Andy Martino of the New York Daily News (on Twitter) and will obtain $1.1MM, according to Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com (on Twitter).

    The Pirates have agreed to sign free agent left-hander Jo-Jo Reyes to minor league contract, according to Jenifer Langosch of MLB.com. MLBTR has learned that the sides agreed to a split contract that includes an invitation to Spring Training and incentives. He drew interest from Korean teams before agreeing to terms with the Pirates.

    Marlins To Sign Greg Dobbs : MLB Rumors - MLBTradeRumors.com

    The Marlins have agreed to sign utility player Greg Dobbs to a two-year deal, the team announced. The deal is worth $3MM ($1.5MM per season), tweets Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com. Beverly Hills Sports Council represents Dobbs, who had become a priority for the Marlins by last week.

    I like Dobbs in a utility role, personally.

    Dobbs was great a few years ago for Philly - he has struggled recently, but is definitely a pretty good utility player. I think he is a good clubhouse guy as well as a good teammate which is often overlooked in baseball. That is an important part of a team as a reserve - you don't want a guy upset b/c he is not getting the playing time he thinks he deserves.
