Tigers Release Brandon Inge

According to Danny Knobler the Tigers have released Brandon Inge. Inge had only 2 hits in 20 ABs this season after hitting just .197 last season.

The news is great news for Tigers fans, who have wanted Inge gone for a long time; Inge is a career .234 hitter.

Danny Knobler also mentioned Brad Eldred will be called up to the Tigers with Inge being released. Eldred this season in Toledo is hitting .388 with 13 home runs in 20 games.

I just want to say this to Inge: SEE YA!
