Delmon Young Arrested

According to Chris Iott Delmon Young was arrested this morning at about 3AM for assaulting a man; Young pushed him to the ground. It was reported that he was highly intoxicated.

Bleacher Report says he was yelling racial slurs to the guy he assaulted.. Not a good look for Mr. Young

Maybe he was having a "Mel Gibson" moment. But I don't get the double standard. Black people don't like to be racially slurred, but some have no problem dishing it out, then cry and whine when's it done to them.

Would I be wrong to assume that the Tigers have a curfew for their players and he was definitely breaking curfew?

I never understood how these cats get into trouble when they are so lucky to have what they have. I'd be so content playing my game, and going home to my wife and kids...... you'd never see me out at the bar, getting wasted at 3 AM!!!

Because of contract language introduced after the John Rocker affair, Young's contract CAN be voided, if hate-crimes offense occurred.

If it's found true, I hope the deal is voided.
