Topps Redemption way past due date...any info?

I have a Topps 2011 Allen & Ginter Jake Lamotta Framed Auto that was supposed to ship on 5/9/12 but is still pending...

Do you think they will definitely have this signed by him? How long past due do they sometimes take? Any idea?
