        Nope, Oakland is paying all of his salary, as well as the money if they don't pick up his (mutual) option.

          Good for Drew but which team does it benefit the most? Are the Athletics still in the Wild Card race?

            Good to see the Dbacks move him then, as that buyout was a million they didn't need to spend. Drew can only make the A's better, as that SS position has been horendous.

              Sucks to see Drew go as he was one of my favorite D-backs.. but maybe this is what he needs for a jumpstart in his career.

                    Drew had a lot of hype when he first came out. Hopefully he gets another chance on the A's.
