  • Topps Tiffany Sets

    Hey Folks,

Is there any obvious difference between the standard Topps set & the Tiffany sets? I saw on Wikipedia that the paper stock was different, so the Tiffanys are whiter/glossy, but was wondering if there was anything else - a different copyright, or the mention of Tiffany printed on the card somewhere?

I think I might have one that I wasn't aware of before - or I got it through the Diamond Anniversary swap promo last year.

Just curious so I know whether I have a duplicate or an actual different card.

    Thanks!

I dont collect baseball anymore, but I remember the Tiffany cards were glossy and more shiny. I think the card stock was the same as reg cards.

Yup same stock, same photos, same numbering, just glossy.

The Diamond Anniversary set isn't a glossy set. Same as the regular issue with the exception of "Factory Limited Edition Set" on the bottom and "60th Diamond Anniversary logo" somewhere on the card.
