  • Why buy Bowman Draft Jumbo Hobby over Bowman Draft Hobby?

At $225/jumbo box, you get 12 packs with 32 cards per pack (384 cards) and 3 autographs. Or you go with a hobby box and get 24 packs with 7 cards per pack (168 cards) and 1 autograph for about $60/box.

Instead of a jumbo box why wouldn't you just buy 3 hobby boxes? In every way you look at it, it's a better value than the jumbo box. Am I missing something?

PS. I know about the rationing of jumbo boxes to dealers (they have to buy like 6 hobby cases to get 1 jumbo case), but that doesn't change the value assessment.

Don't know - I guess some people aren't so good with math! I'm seeing a lot more of this type of stuff around and people don't seem to do the basic math and see the better deal. It makes me a little nervous since I am a math teacher!!!!
