    Rays & Roberto Hernandez Agree to a 1 Year Deal

    Rays Sign Roberto Hernandez: MLB Rumors - MLBTradeRumors.com

    The Rays announced that they haved signed free agent right-hander Roberto Hernandez to a one-year, Major League contract. The deal is worth $3.25MM, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports. The deal includes $1.85MM in incentives, some of which are based on innings and some of which are based on relief appearances.
