The Astros have agreed to terms on a long-term contract extension with second baseman Jose Altuve, reports MLB.com's Brian McTaggart. The deal will guarantee Altuve $12.5MM for the next four years and will include two club option years, CBSSports.com's Jon Heyman reports via Twitter.
