Ok what is a rip card, and how can you tell if you have one?

A Rip card is a card within a card. It will say Rip Card at the top and it's serial #'d. Now for the dilemma; the outside card is worthless once you rip it open, although you may find a collector of them. The inside card may or may not be better than the card that you ripped, think 1/1's. There are also double rip cards. I'm not sure of the odds, but I'm sure Rip Cards are very tough pull. If you bought a box of Ginter, don't forget to check the space between the lid, as Topps has randomly inserted Glossy 1/1's there.
