I want the Phillies to get younger in a hurry! As hard as it is to say, let Halladay walk, turn the page somehow on Rollins and Howard (although it is not going to happen with their contracts, etc.) Keep Utley - even though he is injury prone, there aren't many 2nd baseman better than him.

I wish the Indians could find a team that was so desperate for a SS that they'd give us a solid 4th/5th starter for Asdrubal. And I hope they add 1-2 solid arms to the bullpen. But them spending any more money seems highly unlikely.

The Cardinals may be that team.

I think the problem with signing Arroyo is that he's a " must win now" pitcher; meaning at his age, you have to have all the other pieces in place to win it all. I don't think the Indians are there yet but they're certainly headed in the right direction.

The Cardinals seem to have some interest in Asdrubal and have the young, quality pitchers that the Indians need, so maybe there's a deal to be made there.

Me too, but there's no way the Cards would give up a guy like Miller for Asdrubal.
