5 games, so he doesn't even hit him and a nice suspension? basically MLB is saying you can hit the player anywhere else with no reprocussions, like Barry Zito to Prince Fielder...

I say if you get ejected from a game for throwing at players, it's a suspension

Suspend him fine, but be consistent, Zito intentionally hit Fielder, and everyone knew it, 1 start suspension then, its ridiculously unfair, Lee didnt even hit him, he gave him a 'warning'

Its just assumed for pitchers 1 start is 5 games, since SPs play once every 5 days
