    Minnesota Twins & Joe Mauer Agree On 8 Year Contact

    The talks are heating up between the Minnesota Twins & Joe Mauer. After talks have cooled in recent months, it is expected for a deal to be signed to keep Mauer in Minnesota for 10 years at about $250 million.

      It's official....

      I got a text from ESPN saying:

      Joe Mauer agrees to an eight-year, $184 million contract extension with the Twins.
