Albert Pujols & Jimmie Foxx are two of the four. Ernie Banks could be one, except he was playing SS when he won two in a row. My other guesses would be Lou Gehrig & Stan Musial, but they didn't get two in a row.

Yeah, I just thought of him - "The Big Hurt" Frank Thomas. The fourth one hasn't entered my brain yet. It's hard to believe that Gehrig,Sisler, Musial,Greenberg, & Terry never won MVP's back to back. It just hit me, isn't the 4th one a Cin. Reds 1st baseman within the last few years? Within 2005-present? I just can't remember his name.

Yeah, that's it. How in the world did I forget that? I should have remembered, because I thought it should have gone to Chris Davis last year instead of Cabrera (triple crown in '12, but missed in '13 thanks to Davis). No excuse in missing the most recent back to back 1st baseman MVP's.
