You're close, but a little off, with "this decade". Decades start with a 1 in them and end with a 0 in them (example: 1/1/01-12/31/10). Therefore, the Giants have only won two (02) W S this "decade"(2012,2014 - the other was 2010,the last of the previous "decade"), so far. However, you're 100% correct about the their success being way better than the Phillies/Cubs combination.
