Has anyone ever tried to get a card replaced by Topps that was damaged out of the pack?
I sent in a sparkle variation that was crinkled & cut poorly, and got my replacement back today - a regular old base card. Even though their support page says a card of similar value will be the replacement.
And of course the support office is closed by the time I got home & opened the package.
Just curious about anyone else's experiences.
