KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Red Sox right fielder J.D. Drew has been held out of the lineup against the Kansas City Royals because of a stiff neck.

He seems to get injured a lot more now. Redsox have enough utility players that they won't miss him.

He's been injury prone for years, atleast his tenure with the Red Sox
