He had a great first half of last season. Lets hope he can rebound from this and improve his game when he returns.

And all 50 games will come and go while he remains on the DL, lol. Nice work on that one, MLB.

I'm assuming he was using the drugs to come back quicker from injury, while not ok, it makes sense

I just heard on Baseball Tonight that it was something to help him and his wife have a child, and he got bad advice from a doctor or something.

Still, another screwup by MLB not making him serve it.

He is serving the suspension, it just so happens he just happens to be on the DL, not his fault nor the MLBs that it works out like that

Can somebody run how suspensions work for pitchers? Is it for every game they pitch in or just for every game that their team plays?

Every game a team plays, or else he'd be out for 2 years

3 wrong points about what you just said:

                        1. He is not serving a suspension. Say I was suspended for 2 weeks, but was sick for those 2 weeks...I didnt serve a suspension at all...The school can say I was suspended, but, cmon man, was I really?

                        2. Yes, it was his fault. These players need to check with Bud Selig about what the hell they are putting into there body

                        3. Yes, its MLBs fault. One, they should suspend him for a year. Two, they should suspend him once he can actully pitch for the Reds.

                          1. He is serving a suspension. During which he can't be around the team/facilities. That's the definition of a SUSPENSION.

                          2. If it's such a big deal, Bud Selig should provide players with a SPECIFIC list of things they can/can't take. I sure as hell wouldn't expect me taking something to try and have a baby with my wife to be on the 'steriods suspension' list....

                          3. Why should he be suspended for a year? Oh, because everyone should in your eyes.

I love being the voice of reason...

                            1. Its not like he is around the team most of the time anyway

                            2. Bug Selig should provide a list, but he dosent care enough to do that

                            3. These players need to be accountable, and yet, none of the so called "punishments" are harsh enough.

                              1. He might not be around the TEAM, but I guarantee you he's using their facilities to rehab.

                              2. You agree with me--guess that makes me the voice of reason.

                              3. How is missing 1/3 of the season not a harsh enough punishment?

BTW, not sure how you're the voice of reason when no one EVER agrees with you.
