  • Ken Griffey Jr Done In Seattle?

The Hall of Fame career of Ken Griffey Jr may be over soon. Reports are the Seattle Mariners may waive their once franchise player. It is sad that injuries halted a great career. If he never left Seattle, I wonder what would have happened to his career. Like Grant Hill, Griffey was never the same after he left his original team. Click on the link to read more.

Bye, Junior? The end of Ken Griffey's career might be near

He should've just retired last year, it would've been a perfect ending.

Well if you sleep in the clubhouse during a game and they want you to PH, but you dont wake up.

Sad that his time might be up though

Blasphemy on all parts above! If he would have retired already I wouldn't have had the opportunity last month to watch him play live! I'm headed back up to Seattle in June to watch him play the Reds. Totally stoked.

There is more to this story that was originally reported. I wonder who the two players were.

Ken Griffey Jr. insisted Tuesday he was available to pinch-hit during a recent Mariners game, in spite of a report that he was taking a nap.
