The Charlotte Bobcats have signed Shaun Livingston to a 2 year $7 million contract. Livingston played for the Washington Wizards and Oklahoma City Thunder last season.

Very good signing for the Bobcats. Livingston proved last year that he was back to full speed. So basically they still got a quality Point Guard for a much cheaper price, compared to Felton.
