    Celtics sign Shaquille O'Neal (AP)

    The Boston Celtics have signed Shaquille O'Neal. The team announced Wednesday that it had signed the 15-time NBA All-Star, who had been a free agent after spending last season with the Cleveland Cavaliers. With center Kendrick Perkins sidelined after knee surgery, possibly until February, the Celtics went after the 18-year veteran who was the top pick in the NBA draft in 1992.

    He is playing for the veterans minimum and he wont be a starter by seasons end.

      I think Lakers fans don't like this move.
      (SHAQ 's jersey might not be able to be retired)

        Its wierd to see great players playing on so many teams. This would be Shaq's 6th team. But I cant wait to get the new Shaq cards in a Celtics uniform.
