I haven't seen either of these two players live lately but why is it that certain monster rebounders such as Kevin Love(15+pergame so 45 boards/1 block) and Zach Randolph(12+ boards) average only 1 block every 3 games. The only thing I can think of is they are playing outside of the paint until the ball is shot and then crash the boards? Then you have players like Javale Magee(he has a monster wingspan) who average about 1 block for every 3 boards. Any theories??
