The New York Knicks ended the Carmelo Anthony trade saga and their quest for a second superstar with one blockbuster deal. The Knicks beat out the rival New Jersey Nets to win the Anthony sweepstakes by agreeing to a trade with the Denver Nuggets on Monday, a person familiar with the deal told The Associated Press.

It shouldn't of been this difficult for the Knicks to pull the trigger. However, Melo got what he wanted, atleast he was honest and made sure the Nuggets got something for him
