Kevin Love Breaks Malone's Double-Double Record
Love had 23 points and 17 rebounds for Minnesota. He posted his 51st double-double in a row, which is tied with Moses Malone in 1978-79 for the longest streak since the NBA-ABA merger in 1976. Malone had his streak over two seasons, so Love's is the longest single-season streak. {Link}
Back in October, I predicted that Kevin Love would win the Most Improved Player award. I would have to say that he's the leading candidate to win the award after his amazing season so far. {Link}
