I really hope the Lakers don't go after Jeff Van Gundy. He knows how to win but I don't know if he can handle this team. I'm sure Kobe would be more comfortable with someone who has been on the staff for a couple of years.
Brian Shaw is the guy for the Lakers. He's learned a lot from being Phil Jackson's sidekick. He already has the respect from current players and the playbook wouldn't have to change.
