Is This The First Basketball Game Used Jersey Set?

I know in the mid to late 90s, Autographs and Game Used cards were actually worth something and a lot harder to pull from boxes. I could be wrong, but I think this is the first Game Used Jersey cards ever produced for NBA cards? These have held up really good in book value compared to other Game Used cards today.

only question on that auction is why couldn't they take better photos, and also would like to see more info on the Grant Hill one, not sure if that patch is too good to be true!

Definitely the first set, wish the Game Used of today were like that. Bigger swatch, harder to pull, and the design actually looks like effort was put into it, unlike like all the base parallel GUs of today.

I remember these UD cards back in the day... such a good looking set.
