Oklahoma City Thunder Waive Shaun Livingston

The Oklahoma City Thunder have waived Shaun Livingston and Mike Wilks after their trade with the Utah Jazz today. Livingston has never been the same after the freak accident a few years ago when he was a Los Angeles Clipper.
