Why would they withdraw it? I hope they refile another one.

NBA players have withdrawn one of their lawsuits against the league but could resubmit it.

A filing made Monday in the Northern District of California asked that the suit be “discontinued, without prejudice.”

The players’ representatives planned a news conference later Monday.

I don't think the player's know what they are doing anymore.nor are they all together on where they stand.what a mess.

At this point, I just want to see NBA games on my HD TV. I dont even care what deal either side makes anymore or who wins the lockout.

This is exactly how i feel!!

The NFL lockout bugged me about a 4.5 on a 1-10 scale

the fact that their may not be a NBA season just royally pisses me off to the tune of about a 100 on a 1-10 scale.


I dont care who gets what i just wnat to see some NBA on my tv and not classic NBA.
