Always liked Turiaf. Hated that he was in Miami last season, but he was the only player I liked on the Heat. LOL!

The Los Angeles Clippers have signed forward Ronny Turiaf to a one-year contract worth the veteran's minimum of $1.1 million, a league source confirmed to ESPN The Magazine's Chris Broussard.

Turiaf split last season between the Miami Heat and Washington Wizards, averaging 3.0 points and 4.1 rebounds in 17 games. The seven-year veteran appeared in 12 postseason contests during Miami's championship run.

Turiaf made a dumb mistake. Why leave the Heat for the same salary from the Clips (he rejected his player option). Playing time won't be that much greater and chance to win it all again would've been higher with heat.

Players like him shouldn't care about playing time. It's not as if he is going to get you 10 and 10 if he plays 30 minutes so his main concern should be about doing the little things for a championship team. Clips have a ways to go before they are in that territory.
