Interesting list. You can have teams like the Bulls/Thunder that have done good with their salary cap and are constantly successful. Then you have cheap owners/teams like Clippers/Warriors/Wizards/Bobcats/Hornets who just sign the minimum NBA team salary cap so they can get money at the end of the season. LOL!
