Lakers Lose To Nuggets, Dwight Tossed

Lakers lost their 5 game winning streak tonight against Denver. I can understand Kobe getting 24 shots. How in the heck do you explain Meeks getting 11, Artest 13, Gasol 11, and Dwight only 6? If this is how D'Antoni is going to play this team, Lakers will never win. Meeks should not get more shots than any of the main 5 players on the roster. And where the hell is Jamison.

Kobe had 40 points. Gasol had 19 including two 3 pointers. Nash 15. Artest 10. Dwight had 12 before getting tossed.

I would like to know why Jamison isn't playing? Is he somehow in No D's doghouse? Was he trying to play defense and not offense?
