Prosecutors are asking for a 3 month jail sentence for Gilbert Arenas. If Arenas would have to serve jail time, the Washington Wizards have the right to veto his contract. Based on the details of his text messages to Javaris Crittenton, it isnt looking good for the former Agent Zero.
