need help identifying this card

Has anyone ever seen this card before? I've had it for a long time and I can't seem to find anything about it anywhere.

I buy the card not the grade!. My want list gets updated way to frequently to be consistent.

I am always in the market for Cards,Any Alabama player current or former(football only), current or former St Louis Cardinals especially Albert Pujols,Matt Carpenter,Stephen Piscotty and Mark Mcgwire,Grant Hill and other duke blue devil. Also set building 2013 bowman chrome mini in numbered refractors.

Hey. I checked online and couldnt find any more information on that card. Beckett OPG doesnt have anything either on it. I am going to guess it was a promo card that was produced and given away on some college game/charity event. Since it wasnt NBA or college licensed, it is probably one of those odd ball rare cards that doesnt have a book value.
