    The Ignorance of Rashard Mendenhall

    The Pittsburgh Steelers running back on Monday tweeted: “What kind of person celebrates death? It’s amazing how people can HATE a man they have never even heard speak. We’ve only heard one side…”
    Mendenhall didn’t hold back, even making a reference to the Sept. 11 attacks.

    “We’ll never know what really happened. I just have a hard time believing a plane could take a skyscraper down demolition style.”

        Sometimes, a person is better off just not saying anything, I mean he is entitled to his opinion, but I don't think he understands what he is saying to be honest

            It is sad to see stupid people and there opinions!
            I collect mainly football these days, Maurice Jones Drew, Joe Flacco, Matt Forte, DeMarco Murray, Patrick Willis, Emmitt Smith and 1974 Topps. Baseball Derek Jeter. Basketball Kevin Garnett. Non Sports James Bond, Star Wars, Tomb Raider.

                He is entitled to his opinion -- even if it is a misinformed, ignorant and insensitive one. Athletes with Twitter accounts really should reread what they write before they tweet. Because once you post it, you can't take it back -- it's there forever.
