    QB's capable of winning a Super Bowl

    ESPN radio had an interesting discussion about QB's who were capable of winning a superbowl. (As if the QB's win it - not the team). Anyways, this is what was shared:

    Already won a SuperBowl:
    Peyton Manning
    Eli Manning
    Tom Brady
    Drew Brees
    Ben Rothlisburger
    Aaron Rodgers

    Most agreed that they can or will win a Superbowl in their career:
    Phillip Rivers
    Matthew Stafford


    Good debates on:
    Joe Flacco
    Matt Ryan
    Jay Cutler
    Michael Vick
    Mark Sanchez
    Matt Schaub
    Tony Romo
    Favorite baseball players include: Mike Schmidt, Steve Carlton, Kirby Puckett, Pete Rose, Tyler Colvin Mark Appel
    Favorite football players include: Peyton Manning, John Elway, Daunte Culpepper, Mike Alstott, Blake Bortles, and Dri Archer

      People had mostly negatives towards:
      Andy Dalton
      Cam Newton
      Taverus Jackson
      Sam Bradford
      Kevin Kolb

      I thought this was rather unfair seeing as these guys are very young

            I'm not a believer in Tavaras Jackson, but I could see the other 4 young guys at least worth building a team around and taking them deep into the playoffs.

                I see Matt Ryan winning a Super Bowl before either Rivers or Stafford. San Diego is just a mess and consistently underachieves and I think Swartz is going to burn hot and fast with the Lions. He seems like a good guy to turn the culture around but I question whether he is disciplined enough to built them into Super Bowl champs.

                  I look at San Diego a lot like the Bucs 10 years ago. They got the right guy (Gruden) at the right time to take a team and win a Super Bowl. I'm not sure who "the guy" is for San Diego, but if they could find him, I like Rivers shot at getting a Super Bowl.

                    I think Stafford has the best chance among the young guys, he just has so many big weapons. I like Tebow, seems like a great guy, but he is not a Superbowl caliber QB, not yet anyways.
