What is wrong with panini????

I bought a box of 2011 Certified about five months ago. I only had one hit in the box so I put in a quality assurance claim with panini and mailed in all of the required items. Three months went by and I had heard nothing from them. I called them after three months and had to leave a message because everyone was busy. Instead of calling me they posted under my claim that the hits will be replaced shortly. Two more months have gone by and I recieved another post today. They were telling me what cards were mailed out to replace my missing hits. The only problem with that is that the cards they sent me are 2010 CERTIFIED!!!!! How can they do this when I bought 2011. Is there anything I can do??? Any info and input on this problem would be very helpful.

It truly is sad how Panini runs. I get the entire exchange process, but the way they treat it its a joke. They act as if they have the power and not the consumer which really isn't how it works. With UD's legal troubles in the past year or 2 and just Panini's pathetic management, no wonder Topps doesn't feel any pressure from them.

Paniai is bad! I had a redemption for a greg little auto that took 8.months to receive. I had to call and remind them that it wasnt shipped yet! They acted like it was my fault that my box was misding three of the four hits! Should I request that they send me the right year? The cards that they are sending are three sorry excuses for hits

I called them a month ago. Left a detailed and unhappy message on their machine and got a call back. They said they'd work on it right away and that I should be notified when they ship.

Still nothing, though.

I did just notice on FB today they had updated autos that came in and some date back to 2008 on the PDF

if you arent happy with what they sent and if they are 2010 not 2011 i would definately call and get 2011 replacements sent

Panini is the only major card manufacturer that is still innovating. Between their amazing blog and their getting all of the major sports' rights I think Topps and UpperDeck have some serious problems.

I still haven't seen the 3 cards that I called about last month, but I received a couple that I recently submitted. They're the same ones that everyone on earth got that day, but I got something. LOL

So they can get cards from the players almost a decade ago but we can't submit redemptions from only 5 years ago? I don't understand that logic.

Also I would like to know if there is ANYONE that actually has waited this entire time for that Dunta Robinson AND what they do with the extra cards that people aren't getting because they asked for substitutes?
