    EA AND ESPN ANNOUNCE CALVIN JOHNSON, JR. AS THE FAN-VOTED MADDEN NFL 13 COVER ATHLETE | EA SPORTS

    Electronic Arts Inc. and ESPN announced today that Calvin Johnson, Jr., wide receiver for the Detroit Lions, was selected by millions of fans across the country to grace the cover of Madden NFL 13, which will hit store shelves August 28.
    Dont see him haveing the cover curse

    Madden 13 Cover - Calvin Johnson



    Last month, SportsNation began a 64 player bracket. Two players from each team were included in the bracket for the Madden 13 cover.

    The finals came down to (Panthers QB) Cam Newton vs. (Lions WR) Calvin Johnson. The winner was announced today on SportsNation. Calvin is the second wide receiver to be on the cover. (Larry Fitzgerald)


    I wonder how the curse will affect Megatron and the Lions.
