Jets signed WR Stephen Hill, the No. 43 overall pick in the draft, to a four-year, $5 million contract.
He received $2.8 million in guarantees. Last year's 43rd overall pick, Kyle Rudolph, got $3.91 million over four years. Although Hill was considered raw in the draft community, the Jets believe he can run a full route tree as a rookie and expect him to start opposite Santonio Holmes.

I love this kid's size, speed and athletic ability. It's unfortunate that we weren't able to get a better view of what he can due, due to the Georgia Tech offensive philosophy. The same may be true in New York.
