Bills signed QB Vince Young to a one-year, $2 million contract.
Young was terrible in seven spot appearances (three starts) with the Eagles last season, posting a 4:9 touchdown-to-interception ratio in a West Coast offense for which he's a poor fit. The Bills will hope a humbled Young can upgrade on pricey incumbent backup Tyler Thigpen. Since Young has superior talent to Thigpen, we'd expect the former No. 3 overall pick in the draft to win the job in training camp.
