David Garrard told FOX Sports' Jay Glazer that he will have his knee scoped on Saturday, and expects to miss 2-4 weeks.
One source told Profootbaltalk.com that Garrard would be shelved "a while." Doctors informed Garrard of the 2-4 week timetable, though he may end up missing too much camp time to hold off Matt Moore or Ryan Tannehill for the Week 1 starting job. "Nothing happened, just Father Time, wear and tear," Garrard explained to Glazer. "They have to take out loose things floating around."
