NFL.com reports that Steelers rookie RG David DeCastro has damage to both his right ACL and MCL and will be out "awhile."
"Awhile" must be the nice way of putting it. DeCastro exited Ralph Wilson Stadium on crutches and in a bulky knee brace, and we're not expecting to see him play football this season. Coach Mike Tomlin acknowledged after the game that DeCastro's knee injury was "potentially severe." The Steelers will likely turn to Ramon Foster at right guard, with Willie Colon staying on the left side.
