Three of the former Saints players who were suspended by the NFL for their roles in the bounty program already have met with commissioner Roger Goodell after they won their appeal from the court system. Now, the final alleged participant, Scott Fujita, will visit with Goodell on Friday.
That's the word from CBSSports.com's Jason La Canfora, who reports that though “the situation is fluid,” Fujita, now a Browns linebacker, will play vs. the Ravens on Thursday night and will travel to New York on Friday to meet with Goodell.
“Goodell plans to make his new ruling on discipline for the players in the days following the meeting with Fujita,” La Canfora writes.
Fujita was scheduled to meet with Goodell earlier this month by video call, but that was canceled. This season, Goodell has recorded four tackles for Cleveland.
