Rashard Mendenhall left Thursday night's game against the Titans with an Achilles' injury and is questionable to return.
Mendenhall was ineffective for much of the night and has been sitting on the sidelines with his helmet off. He rushed for six yards on six carries before leaving. The Achilles' issue could be directly related to Mendenhall's quick return from ACL surgery. It's not uncommon for runners to suffer setbacks in other parts of the leg while working their way back from injury.
