Eagles activated DT Mike Patterson (brain surgery) from the reserve/non-football injury list.
Patterson has been practicing for the past two weeks. It's been his first action on the field since undergoing offseason surgery to fix a congenital tangle of blood vessels in his brain. Many expected Patterson to miss the season, and his career was even in slight question a few months back. Head coach Andy Reid said that Patterson's "moved around well" and has "felt good all the way through workouts." Philadelphia will surely monitor the 29-year-old's snaps upon his return.
