missing autograph

I pulled a card recently that stated on the back that it was autographed and had the pledge of authenticity on back. What can I do? Should I call the company and inform them what I have? Do you guys think it will do any good? Let me know your opinion!

Are you talking about the new Topps Chrome? That mistake has been made in alot of recent products, those cards weren't intended to be autographed, so Topps won't do anything about it.

I've seen a few of these types of cards from recent years, as well. I haven't heard of anyone replacing them.

If you're talking about Topps, good luck getting them to do anything! Six weeks ago, Topps sent me an email saying the Auto redemption for Dre Kirkpatrick couldn't be sent out, and asked if I would like a replacement of equal value? I responded, "yes", and asked who I get to choose from and when it would be mailed out, since it was 2 months past due? Well, 6 weeks later and still no response. Called the customer service number they provided, waited on hold for 20 minutes, then disconnected. Called right back, busy signal. Don't ever publicly voice displeasure with Topps, they'll blacklist you.

I've never had luck calling them but opening a case through email has gotten a good response.

I have had MUCH better luck calling Panini and getting results than I have ever had with Topps!
